Out of date chocolates on display at Christmas. Told 3 Managers who were chatting, one said must be a misprint? One came and found, after several boxes, some that were in date. At till they registered £37, instead of the £10 on the display ticket. Told group as leaving that I'd try Sainsbury's! 🙄

I’m almost 9m pregnant and went to M&S Bexleyheath today for some bits and pieces with my elderly mum and 2years old daughter. Before leaving the store, a member of the staff grabbed a pack of £1-2 biscuit from my 2 year old daughter’s hand as if she was a criminal. But it wasn’t enough that my daughter started crying with the brutality, the woman continued to disrespect both my elderly mum and a crying toddler until I intervened. Even the security of the store had to intervene on our behalf, against the agressive woman. Our shopping was expensive, I would never knowingly leave the shop without paying for items that cost basically nothing. It was a honest mistake from a 9m pregnant mum who didn’t realised her 2y old kid had grabbed something without paying. Whilst it’s obviously fine for the staff to call our attention for the items that were not paid for, there is NO excuse for this woman to act like she did. She was not dealing with a grownup hiding expensive products under his jacket, but a 2 year old kid… I hope no one goes through through what we did. Clearly M&S is not training their staff. I’ve made a formal complaint and asked for the cctv recording as I do intend to move this forward seriously.

Myself and Mr C are always in this store. I've bought quite a few things recently online, as there's more choice in sizing, colours and lengths etc - the returns via the machine are so easy as is the click and collect. Today we had a splendid experience with a very helpful menswear assistant who showed us how to obtain two discounts via the Sparks app. My only complaint about the store is that the changing rooms need refurbishing and deep cleaning.

I recently had breast surgery and I purchased post surgery bras before the surgery at the Hempstead valley branch. I was told that if needed i would be able to swap the bras after the surgery, Anyone that has had breast surgery knows that until everything settles down post surgery due to swelling etc you cannot be sure of the size your breasts will be. Due to working in Bexleyheath I attended the Bexley branch to swap one of the bras i had bought ( the other one I had bought was ok, so i was going to swap the one I had to another one of them) I was told however, that it was out of the returns time. I reminded them that I only wanted to exchange, not refund ( the bra still had all its tags etc) and explained about the surgery and swelling period etc but despite talking to a manager they refused to help. Therefore, I would not recommend buying post surgery bras from this store for this reason , in fact I will not buy anything from this store moving forward. It is of note that when I returned to the Hempstead valley branch I had no issues swapping the bra and was not questioned there at all.

No respect and manners for customer I felt yesterday. A young man served me and my friend yesterday, he was huffing and puffing, shaking his head. He was happy to serve us then my friend asked why you are doing this behaviour to us? He stared shouting us loudly. We are 50+ ladies, well educated one of us is Teaching Assistant other is working at home for Europa company. It was very upsetting experience yesterday. We had spoken with a lady manager about. Hopefully it would be better and hopeful.

Sorry to see that the Tuna and spring onion melt is no longer on the menu at the cafe. More and more their cafe is becoming like a fast food restaurant with little unhealthy options.

I would love to give 5 stars because the food is amazing , great quality and I love doing shopping at M&S but Shocking attitude from one of the employees a guy with ginger hair. That employee needs some serious customers service trainings or should not be dealing with the public. The higher management should look into employees attitudes when dealing with the public .

Lovely food and decent range of clothes. Was disappointed to turn up 2 days before Valentines for the 4 course for 20 quid and found it not displayed until the following day. When returned all options were gone and sold out. If popular why not have more? Asked but told empty.

Very busy period able to obtain products I needed without any problems. Sought assistance at self service till when product not recognised on the whole stress free went away satisfied. Staff always helpful in store on food and clothing section. Restaurant voucher useful for free drink which my husband and I took advantage of on the whole okay.

Fitting room our of order.... i like to try my cloths before i buy but always advise to go home and intrim mananger in place only on staff lovley lady.
